Side Effect of the Terrible Twos

In early summer Eamon hit the height of the terrible twos. He refused to listen and found it quite comical. Time outs failed. Taking things away failed. Everything seemed to fail - unless I picked him up and carried him to where he was supposed to be and "helped" him do what I asked him to do. He wore me out.

I got some scrapbooking done during this time and then printed my pages in July. I had many, many pages of Meaghan, and not so many of Eamon. I guess since he wore me out, I just couldn't think very many good thoughts about him to scrapbook.

I'm happy to say, I've fallen in love with him again.  He's delightful now. We take Meaghan to the bus and then spend all morning together. He co-operates when we go out, he listens well, he helps out around the house with little jobs. He's glorious to spend time with.

This past weekend I went away with some friends to do some scrapbooking.  I'm pleased to report that I managed to get quite a few layouts of Eamon done.  Here are two of my favourites:

I'm confident that for the time being the pages will now be more evenly distributed between Meaghan and Eamon.
