What kind of bird is this?
There were a few in our yard a couple of weeks ago. I know I could look in a bird book, but I never find those books all that helpful and I don't really have the patience to pour through them. (And no, even though patience is my current word, I don't feel a particularly strong need to work on this aspect of it.)
No prizes for the right answer, just the satisfaction of knowing you know more than I know.

I think it's a cedar waxwing, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI was hoping for a tie breaker. My mother-in-law said a Bohemian waxwing. Typical of bird books - I can't tell the difference! Oh well, at least I've definitely narrowed it down.
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
