Interrupted by a murderer....or maybe just a good show

Blogging has taken a backseat to the Netflix documentary "Making a Murderer". Posts will resume once Kerry and I have finished the series. We're starting episode 7 tonight.

If you haven't checked it out, please do. It's a terrific look at how badly police sometimes perform their duties and the consequences that arise. Even though the Canadian criminal justice system differs from the American (and for that I am grateful), there are sufficient similarities that should make us sit up and take note and to always expect police to perform their duties carefully and fully. I would hate to be in the wrong place at the wrong time on a day when a cop fails in his duty....
